Delivery

Orders may be delayed due to current postal strikes. Please allow extra time for your parcel(s) to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

 

UK deliveries will be made through the Royal Mail or UPS. For international orders, please send us a message with the products you wish to purchase and the destination country and we will send you a basket with the relevant postage costs.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Standard delivery is charged at £2.95 and items should arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch. 

We carefully package our orders using cardboard boxes which contain 60-90% recycled materials. We also use starch based packing peanuts which can be dissolved in water and reuse packaging from our brands and suppliers, where possible. 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for late delivery times as these are out or our control once we have dispatched your order. 

 

  

Click and Collect 

We also offer a click and collect option from our store at 245 Morningside Road, Edinburgh.  

Click and collect orders are normally ready within 4 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your confirmation email with you when collecting your order. 

Click and collect orders will be packaged in tissue and a paper bag, as if bought in store.
